The “Schedule Your Healing” Info Session is your opportunity to learn more about the healing services at Portals of Samadhi and discover what might best support you—whether you’re just beginning, continuing a healing journey, or simply curious about what we offer. In this session, we’ll listen to where you are, answer your questions, and explore how our practices—like meditation, yin yoga, Reiki, or other modalities—could align with your needs. It’s a welcoming space to reflect, connect, and find what feels right for you.

Booking and Confirmation: Bookings are made via our website or by contacting our team. A non-refundable deposit of 35% secures your booking, with full payment due 7 days before arrival. A confirmation email will be sent after payment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival & no-shows forfeit the full amount, and the deposit. Modifications to bookings must be made 4 days in advance, subject to availability. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 PM EST. Early check-in is available upon request. Check-out is by 11:00 AM EST, with late check-out options available for a fee. Valid ID is required for check-in, in most cases. Guest Conduct: Maintain a peaceful environment; disruptive behavior is prohibited. Follow eco-friendly practices, conserve energy, and use designated areas for activities. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation and should not disrupt others. Refunds: Applicable refunds will be processed within 7-12 business days. Health and Safety: Notify us of any medical conditions or allergies beforehand. Guests must sign a wellness waiver before participating in activities. Staff are trained in first aid; emergency services can be contacted if needed. Familiarize yourself with safety guidelines. Liability: Portals of Samadhi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Participation in activities is voluntary, and we are not liable for any injury or accident except in cases of gross negligence. Children and Pets: Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult or elder sibling at all times on the premises. Pets and certified service animals are only allowed by prior approval. Privacy: Personal data collected during booking is used only for reservations and managed according to our privacy policy.
